We called Accel because they provided excellent service in the past. This time we waited two hours for a call back to tell us that our shop furnace would have to wait until Monday...or we could pay a whopping $157 per hour over time for after hours service. Don't wait to tell us it will be overtime when it is clear the poor guys are already going as fast as they can with customers. Manage expectations upfront, so that we can make decisions sooner...you might still have gotten the business.
Great service, no scam
I use Accel Mechanical for all our Hvac issues and maintenance at our rentals. They are quick to respond, reasonable, and a pleasure to work with! Service: Heating system maintenance
