We had a house disaster happen with a drain clog from our dishwasher flood our upstairs and basement. I called Legacy in the morning and the receptionist said she would put us on to dispatch and when someone could get to us they will squeeze us in. Drew called me later that day and came out to assess the issue and was able to do what was needed plus some! He was very kind, professional and loves his job, which is the exact type of person you want fixing your stuff, you know it will get taken care of properly! Not only did Drew fix our problem, but he had the knowledge and all the tools he needed right there on his truck! He was so awesome and connected a valve so we could still have hot water to do our dishes by hand, because our dishwasher needed to go as well, which yes, Drew took care of disposal of that as well! I ALWAYS highly recommend Legacy for all plumbing and heating/cooling needs! I was notified late in the afternoon yesterday that we were having plumbing issues and couldn’t use our toilets until they were serviced.
