I ALWAYS highly recommend Legacy for all plumbing and heating/cooling needs! I was notified late in the afternoon yesterday that we were having plumbing issues and couldn’t use our toilets until they were serviced. Made a call and they had someone here right away this morning when I got to the office. Chandler was awesome - very detailed, personable, and updated me along the way. We needed a sewer pipe scoped ASAP so a foundation repair crew could resume time-sensitive work. Legacy plumbing had a technician at our home within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and amazing to work with! Our project would have been delayed without the prompt arrival and speedy service. We just bought our house, and started having water back up issues in the basement. We called Legacy Plumbing and they sent Tyler S. out the same day. He was able to evaluate the situation, clear the roots and blockage from our sewer line, and show me what the issues were with their telescopic camera. Tyler even made a second pass to clear more roots out after scoping and seeing blockage. We also discussed other details about the house and he made suggestions to make cleaning and repairs easier in the future. I believe the work was fairly priced and done in a timely fashion. All in all, a great experience.
