Our salesman, Andy, was great. We wanted a whirlpool tub replaced with a walk-in shower. Andy offered ideas and provided us with a thorough presentation of the many varieties of products and options available, along with financial options and timeline of completion. His vision and "can be done" attitude is what led us to choose Your Home Improvement Company over a couple of other companies that we met with. Jon was the operations lead. He came out and walked through everything with us explaining thoroughly the shower layout and installation process and answered all of our questions. Ryan was our installer and he was fantastic. On the day of the install we had some minor concerns and he was very patient and went over the entire install process and showed us exactly what he would be installing prior to beginning the work. He did excellent work and we really appreciated he left everything spotless. The final result was amazing and we love our new shower. I'll recommend YHIC to everyon

AJ is an excellent representative. He was very understanding and polite considering my hectic household. He was very professionally and explained everything from top to bottom with enthusiasm and understanding of the product and services provided. He has made us realize once again that we are procrastinating and repairs are only going to get worse and more expensive. I’m hoping that I can find a way to get both my roof and windows replace with this one company. Hopefully my mortgage company will consider refinancing as other loan avenues haven’t been working out for us. I hope AJ is rewarded well for his professional services.
