At first, I was reluctant to pay $100 to have someone to look at my furnace but it was well worth it. Donovan was thorough and professional about the whole problem. I had other companies looking at my furnace and nobody could tell me what was wrong. Donovan found it right away and did a whole inspection of it. He was nice, knowledgeable and polite of my building (he wore booties over his shoes and cleaned after himself). He was also on time and contacted before heading to my house, which I appreciated. Derek was excellent and arrived out and helped me in a pinch. Had a high pressure line go awful which forced me to go shut off the water. and I had to travel for project and couldn’t leave the family without water. He came out ASAP and took care of the problem.
