As a bystander in the general area, throughout the last few months multiple individuals overhearing site and project managers being blatantly disrespectful to their electrician co-workers makes me not want to use the company. If that's how they treat their fellow co-workers, how do they treat customer's? Don't they care about their employees?

Beware those who apply. They have layed me off two separate times in this year alone. The second time they blocked me from my apprenticeship schooling mid sign up after waiting a year. Management is completely callous and unresponsive when it comes to getting job locations. Layoffs in general are frequent. Work on jobsites is normal, its the management that makes them so unappealing. A foreman I spoke to a few weeks ago before I was laid off told me that I should look for another company. "I wouldnt be working for Magnum unless I was a foreman" is what he told me. Do not apply here if you are trying to get an apprenticeship. They have set up their own private shady school that still charges the apprentices about 1700 or more for each year which they deduct from your biweekly paychecks.
