My furnace died in the middle of the night with outside Temps below zero. I had called several places and left messages hoping to get someone as soon as they opened. Patriot Air LLC was the only company who responded. The time they scheduled to come out i had Fallin asleep from being up all night due to the furnace. As soon as I woke up and realized what happened I called them and they understood completely and came right out anyway. They did a great job and had my furnace fixed within one hour. A real person answered the phone, thanks Jenny! David arrived within the hour, ready to work and answer my questions and concerns. Polite and competent, he fixed the problem and took information in case of future problems or replacement. The bill was very fair. Will certainly do business with this company again. This business is certainly on the ball. Thanks David !! Update: Had air conditioner replaced by David and Dustin. Patriot Air is fortunate to have such good employees. They wasted no time to complete the installation and make sure all was running properly. Their attitude and work ethic says a lot about the integrity of Patriot Air workers. Thanks David and Dustin!
