We are very happy with service we receive from Valley Service Mechanical. We have them back every year to do our furnace and AC check. We work with them to schedule an appointment with a neighbor nearby to share the mileage cost since we live in the country.
I am extremely happy with the service they provided. I called company after company and was shocked as to what was happening. I had many places not even call back. One place booked an appointment for an estimate and called in sick. Another place said they were working on an estimate and never even sent it to my email, like i was told. Valley Service was able to help me figure out what I needed over the phone. Instead of making an extra trip out here and back to town costing more time, money, and being an even longer time without an ac. They had a beautiful job done within hours of getting here. Our AC quit working unexpectedly late in the week. We called Valley Service Mechanical and they came the very next day and promptly fixed it. Their technicians were all booked up, but made an extra trip to our home before the weekend, as I was 38 weeks pregnant and the weekend was supposed to be brutally hot. We will definitely be giving them our service again!
