We are very happy with service we receive from Valley Service Mechanical. We have them back every year to do our furnace and AC check. We work with them to schedule an appointment with a neighbor nearby to share the mileage cost since we live in the country.
We called Valley Service for a routine service of our heating and air conditioning system. Shortly after the service was completed, we found water all around our heating/ac system. We called the company for corrective service and they found that the ac condensate drain line that they had just serviced was plugged, obviously as a result of their efforts. They sent us a bill for $120 on top of the $288.50 we had just paid.
They were very responsive, quick and easy to make an appointment with. Our furnace stopped working and I called and someone was able to come check it out the next morning. Turned out that a bird flew into our furnace causing it to quit working. Our Mechanic was able to remove the bird and cleaned the flame sensor and got everything back up an running. Mechanic was on time and super friendly to work with. Highly recommend. Service: Thermostat repair
