Anthony H was fantastic. Very friendly, personable, and explained the problem very clearly. He was very quiet doing a difficult job, which kept my dog and infant daughter quiet. More work will need to be done that Aksarben can’t fix, so he was kind enough to recommend other companies to help with mold remediation. Our geothermal system wasn’t blowing cold air. I had used ARS in the past for some other issues. They delivered back then, and delivered this time as well. I called Saturday morning, then set me up for an appointment between 12-4 that day, and showed up at 10:30am. They were efficient, honest and transparent.
