He came shortly after being called, very good service person. The problem was my system was still under warranty and all the warranty covered was the part, not the refill of the refrigerant or the labor to still the part. It cost me over $1,000 to have my warranty repair made (I do not think that is right, when it was still under warranty). The service was good just upset about the price I had to pay.
