If you're looking for someone reasonably priced, call someone else. I called to ask what it would cost to replace an over range hood for my mom. He said he had to come out and look to see what it'd cost. Came out a week later and tried saying it'd cost $320, maybe more because they needed 2 people to do the install and would take 2 hours maybe longer. There is no duct, so it was a matter of screws and wiring. That price seemed outrageous to me so I called Schaeffers and they found it outrageous too, and directed me to someone else. The new quote I got was $75 and would take about 30 minutes. With this drastic difference the impression A W left me with was someone trying to take advantage of an older lady with no experience in this field.

As a construction Mgr. I have used Les and crew many times. I have found him and his business very good people to work with. No complaints of any kind. They stand by their products, do great work and are wonderful people to work with.

I want to give the two men that came put to fix my AC this evening a big huge thank you! I'm so sorry y'all had to endure such heat but my boys and I greatly appreciate your hard work!!!
