Got back from vacation and heat wasn’t working. Called and had servicemen out with in 45 min. Once they came back with the right part they had it up and running with in 15 min. All for a great price. Won’t need to turn into insurance. Haven’t heard of them till today but pretty impressed. Service: Heating system repair
Been using Cool Concepts for years at our office. Our AC went out yesterday, I called the office around 11am. Full well knew they would be swamped and zero expectations of them getting us in the same day. One of the guys made it out office around 2:30pm. Found, fixed and cleaned everything up and was done by 3pm. SO grateful! We have always gotten excellent service from Cool Concepts and would 100% recommend for people every time.
