Ditto to the other one star reviews. The job was sold to us to be done in 2 months. Roof and siding would be coordinated together. A project manager would be in touch with us. The shingles and roofing crew showed up on time, but left about 10% of the roof without shingles. No project manager that we saw. Couldn’t get any contact information from our salesman, still can’t. Finally emailed a picture of the unfinished roof and the salesman did forward it to someone and they actually got the roof done. Seven months now and still waiting on siding. Our son finally did talk to a secretary and got a project manager to call him. Story keeps changing about the siding machine. Project manager and regional manager actually came out and met with us. No compassion or decent resolution for us. But now they said they’ll have a steel machine in June or July. August will be a year since this originated. Very upsetting and frustrating. Calling the office has gotten us no place.

I would not hire this company. Their crew cut our internet line instead of just disconnecting it and we had to pay to have it fixed and reconnected. We were reimbursed for this but went several days without internet which my child needed for school. They wrapped our windows so tight that we are not able to open them. They came and supposedly fixed the situation but we still can not open our windows which is a safety hazard for fire reasons we would have to shatter the window to get out. This was at the beginning of February and we still can not open most of our windows. There was no follow up after they came back to supposedly fix the windows. Their work on our house was not done in a very timely manner. Their crew used our electricity for their own personal reasons including microwaving their own lunch outside and also left garbage and material in our neighbors yard during the roof replacement. Their work is shoddy. They lie to your face, then get mad when you call them out on their sub-standard work. I told Jason (the owner) that the decking material and railing for our deck was wrong. I asked why, in the 3 weeks it sat in my front yard, no one bothered to check to see if it was correct. His answer stunned me. "Why didn't YOU double-check?" ...um, because I hired you so I wouldn't have to do it. Their framers are garbage. My deck has more waves than a beach. They won't fix it. When the insurance adjuster came out to inspect the finished work, J-Tech submitted a bill for a completed job, according to the adjuster. The job wasn't even half completed. He was not happy. Now, this is just my opinion, I am not a lawyer or insurance professional, but that sounds a lot like attempted insurance fraud. Again, just my opinion. It would be difficult to over state how much I hope you find someone else for your construction project.
