Alex helped me understand my insurance well enough to allow us to get a new roof. There is no way we would have gotten a new roof without him. I have worked with many siding and roofing companies in the past (we have multiple properties in different states) and I have never worked with someone so knowledgeable of the filing process. We were involved in a horrible hail storm in June 2022 so all the roofing companies were busy and overwhelmed with supply shortages. Our Project Manager, Adam Wall did a great job working with us and keeping us up to date during the process. There was a struggle finding the gutters due to supply shortage and unique color choice but Adam and Zach worked hard to find them for us. We are very happy and would use AGR again. AGR replaced my shake shingle roof and did a great job! Alex worked with me for over four months guiding me through the insurance claim process. Needless to say, my insurance company was not being cooperative and without Alex’s professional knowledge and guidance I’m not sure my claim would have ever been approved. The roof was completed in two days and clean up was amazing! I have a lot of flower beds and landscaping and nothing was damaged. I had more debris left in my yard when my neighbors reroofed last year than when my own roof was done! Great experience all around. ????
