We went through AGR when the big storm happened last year. We had no idea what we were to expect with this since it was our first time going through a big claim. Bryan and Isabella both walked us through the steps to how our residing and reroofing project would go. They worked with our insurance company and answered every question we had along the way. I'm sure we were an annoyance because we had so many questions and were stressed about things going on but every time we reached out they knew exactly how to help us with whatever troubles we were having. I had to have my roof replaced and was very happy with Alex and Grant. These gentleman explained every detail of what was going to be done. As a senior citizen I appreciated this as some individuals will try to fast talk you. They were with me throughout the whole process.
