Major Drain

Our first experience was very good. The second fell a little short. I called and asked for the owner to call to discuss. Two days later I called again. The person who answered the phone said they had sent a receipt with the information I was questioning. Unfortunately, their email went to our Spam folder. And since we were not aware they had sent anything we did not know there had been a response. I would have preferred the owner returned the call as we were told would happen. It would also be helpful if they have people in training, that the person who is supervising identifies themself as being with the company. When he came to the door to check on the individual working on the drain, he asked if there was a problem and started to enter my home without identifying himself as being with the company. It was a bit unsettling. He did not have a uniform or anything that identified he was with the company. I did discuss with the company and hope that this will be addressed going forward.

John and jake were great. Good people skills. Honest work and good communication. They left my home with me having a better understanding of what’s going on w my plumbing and feeling taken care of. Thank you.

Major Drain was able to come to my house the day after I called. The gentlemen who cleared my drain were kind and professional. They recommended that I contact my regular plumber because they saw a potential issue with one of my basement pipes. Cost was reasonable, and they took the time to explain those details again.
