Brent was great to work with! He was able to get us on the schedule very quickly and had his team prepared to help us with our pipe repair. It was great to be able to work with/speak directly to Brent, as he did a really great job of explaining the repair process and issues we were having. The scheduler was polite, professional, and helpful; the technicians were on time, they clearly explained the situation & answered my questions; they got right to work, and completed the job successfully. If you call these guys. Request chad to come out. I promise you will not regret it!!! This dude is amazing he is the sole reason i call this company for plumbing issue. He is a master at what he does and has amazing customer service. This guy deserves a raise!!!. I will continue to use major drain as long as chad works here. Major asset to the company. He has been to my house 2 times in 2 years and he is the absolute best at his trade!
