Warranty honored. No cost, no attitude, just amazingly professional service. Water heater stopped working over night. This unit had been installed new 3 years ago by Paul. It was a complex problem. Original crew tried but ultimately referred it to "Paul". Paul arrived at exactly the prearranged time, made the needed repairs and was done in under 2 hours.
