We used them for a roof replacement. This was an 11,000 dollar adventure I wish I could erase. Started out great nice salesmen. Job boss left The company before job was complete. We were to have our shingles delivered and installed on a Wednesday, my day off. Then we are told we got bumped for a friend. Shingles are sitting on my roof. Sent email and got my date back. Then we find out our sheeting has mold due to poor insulating of the roof. Vents were not done properly by homepride years before. My microwave was never vented. Ok so we have them fix the vents. Replace and replace the decking. They put baffles in the roof so it would vent properly and the house would have a better control of temperature. We have the workers a staple to attach them to the trusses. Well they didn’t do it. Installation was piled in the soffits. Called them To fix it. One gentleman came and did what he could but they still needed to be stapled up. Called again they came and just piled everything ba

Just had new roof installed by Pyramid Roofing. They were efficient and professional. Chris Babb was professional and kept us informed of every step of the process. I wanted to share this, apparently 2 weeks ago someone said a staff member used racial slurs towards a mail carrier. I want to assure all of you, this did not happen! I am said carrier and I have had nothing but great experiences when I enter the building. The staff member mentioned in that false review has been more than nice and courteous towards me, has never raised her voice, in fact every time I’m there, a member smiles and welcomes me. The person who wrote this is most likely an ex employee, I’m sure I’d this happened to a carrier, I would have heard about it at the office. That review is false! The people here at the office have been nothing but nice and professional and courteous!
