I have nothing but good things to say about this company. First of all it was New Years Eve and guests were showing up for dinner when we realized that we have a problem. I immediately called our HVAC Contractor who we have a service contract with. This company who happened to do some work on the pipe weeks prior that was spraying all over my utility room. After calling their emergency after hours answering service and waiting 40 minutes for a call back, the gentleman at the other end used every excuse to not send someone out because of the holiday. He simply said since the water leak is slowing , it will eventually stop after shutting off the hot water heater. My only option is to call the office on Tuesday to set up a service call. No hot water for three days? Not Acceptable! Becklund Pluming came to the rescue! They were courteous and set up my appointment for 8am the next morning. The technician was was on time, knowledgeable, and got our repair done in a timely manner. He

Had Backlund out today to look at a pesky valve leak. They were able to correct the issue and put together a plan for replacement in the future. I was not home, so they worked directly with my wife. She was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician at our property. Very great company to do business with!

Someone from Backlund Plumbing was scheduled to come out to do work on our house today before we had a new roof put on our house. No one showed up. Our roofer called several times and no one responded. Pretty poor customer service. I won't use them in the future. They came recommended too!
