River City Heating and cooling was easy to work with, quickly found what was causing my AC to not work, and fixed it very quickly with parts on hand and professional quality work. It was nice they had an office person available for scheduling on Saturday mornings and we were able to get it fixed by Monday. They were also extremely reasonably priced and we appreciated their service. Our technician was Tyler and he did outstanding work!

I used River City Heating and Cooling to put in a new furnace and Air Conditioning in my house. Brad Goldenstein was very easy to work with and answered all my questions and concerns. Terrible customer service. Had 2 techs come out and look at my AC unit. They gave 2 different reasons for what the problem was. After the second one suggested I get a new unit due to the age of my AC unit, I agreed, but communication with Brad, the manager who would come out and provide a quote was terrible. It’s been about a month now, I still have not heard back from him, and decided to just take my business elsewhere. Service: A/C system repair
