Technician was great and professional. He did a great job clearing our sewer pipe after an on premise overflow that spread sewage onto our flooring. A supervisor then showed up to perform a video scope of the pipe at no extra charge. He showed us the cast iron pipe was scaled and that contributed to the soft clog in the pipe. He gave me a quote of $2,125 to descale and hydro-jet the pipe to smooth it out for better sewage flow. Then their water mitigation specialist showed up again at no extra cost to take photos and perform moisture tests on the floor. This person is the one who will file a claim on your behalf to your insurance company with the stipulation that they get the work to mitigate damage to the walls. I declined both as I wanted to research the cost to descale the pipe and review my insurance coverage. Well, my plumber descaled and hydro-jetted the pipe for $650.
