Thomas was amazing. He explained everything he was going to do before he did anything. He unclogged my drain and had suggestions on how to avoid them in the future. He showed me videos of what he did and how the process worked. I would totally ask for him again if I have other issues and would recommend him. Service: Drain cleaning
I had 2 visits from Roto Rooter in the past ten days. All my current issues are resolved. Both technicians who answered your service requests were very prompt and courteous and were very helpful when asked questions regarding services. Both Jared and Robert(Bob) were great to work with. Initially there were some communication issues reaching Omaha Office about second service but that was resolved.
Thomas and his co worker came to my residence and brought everything from the right tools to an amazing attitude. They helped me establish what the issue was and gave me options and solutions that I could decide on. Would recommend these two to anyone. Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing leak detection
