Phil W was amazing. A/C went down late night, Skradski had Phil at iur house first thing in the morning and the issue was fixed immediately. Phil was courteous and informative, explaining in terms I easily understood. 5 stars Skradski! And great job Phil!! Thanks again! I cannot forget the person who set up the appointment and made it all happen, thank you Kim B!!!!!!
Customer service responded promptly, first out of 4 companies we called when our AC went out over the weekend. The service technician came within a few hours, got us back up and running prior to a holiday. The next day. The technician was knowledgeable and helpful. We scheduled their annual service going forward.
Our AC went out in the middle of the night. After the dispatcher was able to find someone the scheduled us for the following day. The dispatcher called back a short time later saying she found a guy that was finishing up a job and would be able to come by within the hour. They were prompt, helpful, and explained everything. Will definitely be using them again! Service: HVAC system repair
