Our AC went out in the middle of the night. After the dispatcher was able to find someone the scheduled us for the following day. The dispatcher called back a short time later saying she found a guy that was finishing up a job and would be able to come by within the hour. They were prompt, helpful, and explained everything. I had my AC installed last year with Skradski and believe they are the best value and most honest company I could have chosen. I called around to several companies for quotes, and Skradski had the best options for pricing, financing, communication and integrity. I have worked primarily with Scott, who has been very responsive and helpful, and has taught me a lot about my AC system. Today I worked with Phil when I needed maintenance on my system. Phil W was amazing. A/C went down late night, Skradski had Phil at iur house first thing in the morning and the issue was fixed immediately.
