This company installed my neighbors roof and destroyed my property while working on it. Owner said basically it’s not his problem and didn’t even try to come up with an amicable solution. Unprofessional and well, not a good person overall it seems like. I would suggest finding a better roofing company to give your business as this one doesn’t care about your property values.

Horrible company for roofing. The owner (Jeff Thompson) does not back his work. Does just the basics and when your roof starts leaking, this company doesn't stand behind their work. Excuse after excuse. A new roof leaking???? Are you kidding me. I know others that have used them and have had similar issues. Stay away from them. The owner is correct, there are other companies that use the same name, but only 1 doesn't do quality work. This is them and stay away....

Listen, I have no idea where the negative reviews of Thompson Roofing have come from on Google!?! If you want a more accurate assessment of Thompson roofing please look to Angie's List where they have a 5/5 rating with 39 VERIFIED reviews. Jeff Thompson and Thompson Roofing (the original Thompson Roofing in Omaha- not to be confused with the others as I suspect they may have been in several of these reviews) is the most professional, highest quality, most reasonably and fair priced Roofing company in the area. It's a shame that more of Jeff's customers haven't posted of their great experiences. Thompson Roofing came incredibly highly recommended by several people that I trust and Thompson Roofing only exceeded my already high expectations with the quality of work they did for our family. Jeff also repaired the roof on our church and insulated the attic portion of a new addition on our company. He also did a roof for my brother and in EVERY case Jeff's work was amazing, his customer
