I called SOS and within the hours they were sending someone over. They were clear on pricing starting point and very fair with compared rates for a service call. The young gentlemen Bob who came out was very polite. He was working on the unit within moments and communicative on the process but made sure it was done correctly and accurately. Jake , sales manager , came within a day of inquiring about a new HVAC system! He was excellent ! Alex and Eric were the technicians who installed everything! They were also excellent ! I felt totally confident in all three of them ! Awesome, diligent hard workers, customer friendly and polite, pleasant and totally explanatory , extremely thorough , left my home spotless!!
