I took the quotation for pipeline and i got an estimate of 1260 (as per him it will be done in 700 to 800 )but he said i am estimating extra for any problems we face and in any condition the bill will not be more than 1260 in any case . After work was done they gave bill of 1800$.I said ill take to the manager and she was very rude and said they cannot do anything you have to pay or they will take out everything they installed and wont make it as it it was before . They are not professional --> 1) for each T or pipes they would go to Menards every hour and bring only one pipe or things. Then after another hour they will again go to Menards to buy same thing .This will happen whole day. 2)They did not glue the pipes. Luckily before starting water we observed it and saved some time and they had to apply glue to fix pipes. 3)They would say some parts are not present and roam about for 2-3 hours and say its not available any place around. 4)All plan was discussed how it has to be done but

I’m absolutely furious with this company. They came out to my house 2 months ago and cleared out my main line. Well, my basement completely flooded again with sewage from the same line they just fixed. I immediately called Two Men and a Snake because they guarantee their work for 6 months (warranty). I have been calling and texting their phone number for 2 days and have received no response. Their hours state 24/7 but not a single acknowledgment! I was finally able to get in touch with a different company to come out after spending 24 hours of 2 inches of sewer water in my house and not being able to use any water/facilities. This also means, I had to pay again, when it should have been under warranty. I feel as though they are ignoring the call in order to avoid fulfilling their duty and guarantee. Absolutely awful company practice. If you’re going to state you have a 6 month warranty and are open 24/7, maybe you should actually answer your phones or at least send a text back. Service

Over the weekend, (Sunday) we had major draining issues, we texted two men and and snake,, they responded back with in 15 minutes, they said they would have someone at our house withing 30 minutes, we wanted to wit till Monday morning because we were installing a new toilet, at 9:00 o'clock this morning they were at our front door,, let me just say this, this service technician was beyond skillfull, knowledgeable, polite, he went out of his way to see that the job got done. We offered him a cash tip, but he wouldn't accept it, he just responded by saying,that's are integrity to work hard and make the customer happy, all we have to say about this company is, GREAT WORK.. AWESOME EMPLOYEE, JOB VERY WELL DONE, AND WE NOW HAVE YOU ON OUR SPEED DIAL. THIS COMPANY GETS A 5 STAR RATING .YOU KNOCKED OUT OF THE PART, Services: Drain cleaning, Sewer cleaning
