The initial visit was fine. We had used this company in the past several times. Unfortunately, we have called them back 3 separate times since the first visit to follow up on a couple items they found which needed attention. We were told all 3 times, they were working on the bid/info and they would get back to us. Weeks passed. Guess what, never heard back EVER!! Moved on with someone else.

It's 1 degree outside. It's New Year's Day. It's a Saturday. And our heat stopped working. We called many places, but Steve took our call and helped us troubleshoot the problem - and after we did what he said - WE HAVE HEAT! We didn't need a trouble call! But we will call them again next time we have a problem. Thank you, Steve! You are awesome! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Steve and his crew are shining examples of value and customer service. We purchased a 120 year old house, not knowing how much heating and cooling work it needed. He literally replaced our entire system, which was a daunting feat, considering the size and the amount of retrofitting required. They work is impeccable. But the best example of Steve’s dedication to his customers came after we had received a defective boiler. Though Steve had nothing to do with us receiving the faulty equipment, he and his crew worked tirelessly to get it back up and running multiple times at all times of the day or night to keep our family warm during a terrible cold snap. Ultimately, after it was apparent the boiler was inoperable, advocated for us, going to the manufacturer, who ultimately provided us with a new boiler free of charge.
