Our service person was nice, but failed to call us prior to arriving at our house so we were out at another appointment. The website claims that you receive a free quote on a roof repair which is what we were expecting, but the repair person went ahead and did the repair and charged us for the visit without approval, even without inspecting the issue inside. It would be appreciated to be more upfront about the cost upon scheduling a repair. The website is misleading and should be corrected to reflect this.

We had a new roof installed and were very pleased with the service. Our sales agent Tyler was helpful and responsive from the beginning to the end of the process. The roofing crew was in and out in one day and did a nice job. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and tried to be helpful. Would recommend White Castle without reservation. Chris and Tim who repaired my flat roof above my garage were very experienced on how it should be done. They were very friendly and always asked what I thought before they completed a task. They should get a bonus for working in the extreme heat we just recently had here in Lincoln, NE. I am very pleased with their work.
