I recently had a Genrac generator installed in my home by Palmer Gas. The most exceptional crew headed up by Shawn Cregnan, Dan Chism, Nick Basler, Dom Robinson, Richie Langlois and Jason Carrsquillo did a phenominol job and paid attention to detail. I can't wait to lose electricity now to be the envy of my friends with my first class system. Thank you all of the crew from Palmer, from Michelle Regan in house who walked me step-by-step through the financing, and Jon Darling who came with Shawn for my initial meeting, all are first-rate and answered all my multitude of questions with grace. Thank you all for your excellent service!
I would rate 6 stars if I could. I have used Palmer for 3 years for Propane at my house without issue. Deliveries are timely, at a reasonable price. But now, I used Palmer for installing my new HVAC system and they did a great job. Installation was professional, neat, very reasonably priced, and done in a timely manner. Installed a Bosch Heatpump, with 4 ton condenser and 100k BTU backup propane heat. 110% recommend
We had a service call from Rick R to resolve a problem with our propane tanks shifting and tilting. He was efficient, pleasant and most importantly, informative. He had excellent information regarding propane safety and some steps we could take to have improve our safety equipment. I was so impressed with the excellent service that he provided.
