I have used Ideal Comfort a number of times for both routine maintenance as well as for emergency repair. I have always find Ideal to be extraordinarily profession, always punctual, provides a complete oral and written explanation of the work that was done as well as any potential problems. There have been a few occasions where we have required emergency repair. They have always returned my call in a timely manner and has adjusted their schedule to service my issue. Costs have always been extraordinarily reasonable. It gives me a feeling of security to know that they are only a phone call away.
