Came to the door and the first thing he said was to put the dog away, and make sure he was secure. Came back out he was gone. Received a call within a few minutes saying that his machine was broken and he couldn't help us and good luck. At the very least it was very rude just to leave and not let us know that he was not coming back in.
My husband I were so grateful that he was able to come out so quickly. We had standing water in both our kitchen and bathroom sinks and after a thorough cleaning, all is working well again! Highly recommend A-1 for drain cleaning; between price and how quickly he was able to come to our home, this was a win-win!
Happy with the services and timeliness. I like the straightforward approach and if it can't be done he let me know up front. I Will call him again when the time comes.
