I am annoyed by the treatment and no knowledge of exterior doors in the Hookset NH home depot. Gave me a floor model did all he could do to get off the computer and out of his chair. Called manager told me not to bring the door back..Natalie very kind and understanding. Brought 2 doors back after all that now they tell me special order at 800.00..screw them.
Excellent customer service! I had a very difficult delivery order I couldn't get to work online with a 15% off coupon and Sandy and Dale had the patience of saints trying for over an hour to get the order to work with the coupon for me. They saved me $250 on a $1,400 order. Couldn't have done it without them.
Luckily there's one at close proximity of where I'm working in the New England region, always seem to have the right answers, products and services!
