Proactive Comfort

Eric came by to give us an estimate for putting in a spicket for a hose on the outside of our home. He provided a quote and was able to complete the job in about an hour. We're pleased with the results. I also appreciate the ease of setting up an appointment and the alerts letting me know someone was on the way. Had reached out for a heating and cooling estimate from Proactive Air given their positive reviews online. After we spent 2+ hrs with their representative at our home we left feeling optimistic about our options but they followed up with a two saying that they would not be taking on our project because they quote “would not make a profit off of us” with no effort to even put together a proposal or solution that worked for both parties. I understand this is obviously how businesses work, but really did not come across as very customer-first. Big bummer.

Proactive Comfort did a water spiket line in the backyard in the winter. We had an issue with leaking when using it for the first time today. Called Proactive they came out this same day found the problem and fixed it for us without additional money costs. We also received fair water heater and furnace prices.
