Bill from Proactive Comfort was the first sales technician out to my house to check out what we wanted, and gave a competitive quote just a few days later. The price was good and the design met our specifications. The install took a few days longer than they anticipated, but I didn’t mind. The workmanship of the installers- Eric, Scott and Chris (maybe one or two others) was evident the entire time. In the end, they delivered a system that worked just like I hoped. Theresa from the office did a great job coordinating the details of the permits and keeping me informed of the work crews day-to-day schedule. Eric came by to give us an estimate for putting in a spicket for a hose on the outside of our home. He provided a quote and was able to complete the job in about an hour. We're pleased with the results. I also appreciate the ease of setting up an appointment and the alerts letting me know someone was on the way. Had our tankless water heater serviced. Chris was very professional and friendly, and explained everything he did. Will definitely use them again. Just replaced our A/C condenser unit.
