Wow, what can I say. This is a company that truly wants to do right for its customers. We had a problem with a well part due to a lightning storm. They stayed late for me to get the part; however it was the wrong part (wouldn't work). They came the next day in an attempt to solve the problem and try other parts. We replaced the part with another from a different company that I went out and purchase (while they waited to make sure) - and that part worked. They refused to charge me for anything; because they had the wrong part and knew I was being gouged from another company for the price of the part that worked. I truly appreciated their integrity and honest business practices. We will strongly and positively recommend this company for all Well and Pump services! Here's 34,000 reasons to call smith pump instead of local plumbers to fix your well issue - I wake up one day to no water in the house. I call a different local company and they diagnose hastily I have a crack in my pipe leading from my well to my home. Their solution was $7000 to fix that and to remove and replace my deck for 28,000 that the pipe ran under. After months of going back and forth with this company and insurance I decided to get a second opinion. Enter Steve and smith pump - in 1 hour they rediagnosed the issue - a faulty $50 check flow valve. They are honest, fair, and competent. Something you don't find now a days.
