I'm glad the first company didn't answer their phone during open hours, I'm also glad the 24 hour service company gave me a window of arrival of 6-10 hours later. I'm especially glad John answered his phone and Dalton was able to make it there 1-1/2 hours later and fix it before the 90 plus degree temperature set in with a dead AC. This was the second time I called John for a problem with my AC. He fixed it a couple years ago and did a great and thorough job. My AC stopped working Monday. Although they were busy they were able to come out yesterday. Dalton quickly identified the issue, fixed it and tested the system to be sure it was ok. I was back up and running.

John and his Team were wonderful! We had an AC unit blow in the middle of a heat wave and expected a long wait time for any repair. He was there that afternoon and took care of the issue. He had the parts on hand and had us back up and running in no time. The quality of work, speed of response and quality of the repair work was above what we expected.
