After a hailstorm hit our area in late May, we did not deal with roofing contractors who appeared on our doorstep in droves. Instead we did some research and found Wm. Brooks, III, LLC. Working with our insurance company and Cligell (the Brooks Field Evaluator) we came up with a plan to replace our damaged 6,000 Sq/ft roof. On 6/30/2022, a huge crew arrived in the morning and worked into the evening to replace the roof, various vents (power and ridge) & some damaged gutter guards. We now have a gorgeous (see photo) new roof. From our first contact through all phases to the end of the project, the team at Wm Brooks was professional, supportive, and truly a pleasure with which to deal. I can certainly see why this company gets great reviews, and I'm delighted to add mine to the list! Wm Brooks is a long established company with much experience and knowledge . The owner, Bill, personally looks over the job before & after.to explain every detail or ask if there is any concerns. George and the crew worked very hard until sunset. extremely courteous, answered all questions and cleaned up meticulously . Great customer service and the price was very fair.
