Probably the slowest plumbing company I have ever used, it's very obvious that they take their time to change as much as they possibly can. Parked down the street and walked as slow as possible back and forth to the truck multiple times. Most annoying part is when he sat in his truck for 10 mins to "write everything up" so he can charge me for another half hour. Don't use this company, you have been warned! - Thank you M.R. Neel for waiting 5 months to respond with inaccurate information. I have security cameras that will prove the flaws in your made up sorry. Seriously this company is garbage beware.

Through up a picket line to protest unfair wages at a unrelated location, Mr. Neel decides to drive by honking with thumbs down. Will never work with a business that supports unfair wages and no benefits.

After I spoke to a receptionist about having someone come out for an estimate they have refused to call me back. I have left two polite voicemails and neither has been returned. If they did not wish to do the work (install a washer box) I would have preferred they just say that versus ignoring me. It is just unprofessional!
