Last week our hot water heater broke and Mike and his crew were so great! They came out quickly, found the problem and called around to get the specific parts. Mike even drove farther away to save us some money on the parts! He was transparent with costs, time, and what needed to be done. After I spoke to a receptionist about having someone come out for an estimate they have refused to call me back. I have left two polite voicemails and neither has been returned. If they did not wish to do the work (install a washer box) I would have preferred they just say that versus ignoring me. It is just unprofessional!

Matt from M.R. Neel was professional, friendly but most of all, great at his job! We had a slow leak from a very old pipe that was in danger of cracking if not handled properly. Matt took his time, was extremely careful and thorough. He fixed the issue and saved us from spending thousands of dollars in replacing our water line! I will definitely use M.R.
