When my air conditioning did not work on one of the hottest days of the summer, I called O'Neill's office, which was closed, but was then transferred to Shannon, who was at home; Shannon was very helpful and sent Alex, to the rescue. Alex was professional and told me what was wrong. O'Neill Company is prompt to respond to an emergency. This is the second time this summer that they promptly responded to help me stay cool. O'Neill Contracting installed my A/C System and I have a service contract with them. Today they came over to perform a Spring Startup to ensure the system is performing at peak efficiency.
