Very knowledgeable, professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Two days ago, on Monday morning, Our 14-year-old 75 gallon natural gas hot water heater (Rheem 42V75F) cracked. Because our go-to plumber has retired, I started googling for a new plumber and possible replacement water heater models. Someone who we really trusted about these matters (ie. husband was an engineer for large skyscrapers in NYC) and who only hired reliable and knowledgeable professionals to work in their own home, recommended a firm called "Black Dog". I found other good-sounding firms in the area, but this tipped the scales for BD. I'm very glad that I called Black Dog. I spoke to Richard, the owner of Black Dog. As requested, I texted him pictures of our broken unit, and he texted me back a price quote. The quote was great, and their replacement Rheem Professional 75G unit had better specs than my old unit (definitely better specs than the DIY Rheem models at HD). He said that he'd call me the next day a
