Salama was a great, knowledgeable, understanding, and dedicated worker. For a reasonable and fair price, he installed a new boiler the same day he replaced the old one. It should have been a two-day process but since it was the day before Thanksgiving, he knew that he wasn’t going to be able to do it on Thanksgiving day and didn’t want our family to be freezing and uncomfortable, so he stayed long hours and made sure that the job was done. He taught us how the boiler works, what to look for to know when it is and is not working properly, and even checked up a couple days later to make sure that everything was still working good. The service I was provided was excellent. He came within 15 minutes, assessed the problem and told me what needed to be done. He picked up the exact parts I needed, fixed my issue and even called back later in the week to make sure it was still working. I will definitely use him for any heating and/or cooling issues I might have in the future. He came back today to update my thermostat.. so professional and knowledgeable.
