This is a well run family owned company. Mr. Valiant conducted his business professionally and yet he and his office staff are able to give personal attention to customers, which is unusual nowadays. The crew is efficient and knowledgeable, and did a great job for me, including installation of a huge bow window, and they are totally professional. I will recommend them anytime to my friends and relatives in NJ. Update July 2019 -- This year, Valiant installed replacement windows for all my bedrooms and bathrooms on upper floor and the patio door. As usual, office staff is very helpful and professional, and Mr. Neil, the installer, did a fantastic job, he is both professional and efficient, and also as added bonus, has a great sense of humor.

Gino and his team are awesome! Our house, built in the 1950s, needed a facelift. From the gutters to a new roof, the team was professional, detail oriented, and timely. In two days we had a new roof, right before Thanksgiving and in ten days we had new siding and gutters. Would recommend to anyone in the Central Jersey area! This has been the worst experience. We met with Tony who presented himself very professionally about a year ago. We needed a custom front and storm door. After an outrageous initial price given, we were able to bring the cost down by making changes to the door. The installation was on July 29 which went terribly. First, they did not properly measure the molding around the door and decided to caulk where the wall meets the molding (picture attached). This looked totally horrible and not what was promised. Second, we have plaster walls and they left a crack in the plaster (2nd picture). Third, after calling every week (now September 9), with no response from Tony or the owners, the installation guy shows up with no call to put the correct size molding up. He did not cut the bottom molding in order to put the top molding on, he merely placed it on top which caused a gap between the molding and the wall. This has truly been the worst experience we have had. We HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this
