We had a good experience this past winter for our broiler. Our experience recently for our AC was different. The technicians were friendly and professional but the price was ridiculous. They charge a mandatory $150 diagnostics fee just to look at the unit which does not get credited towards any labor or anything else. I was charged 250 for a capacitor (plus additional labor) which you can good quality ones for under $30 (they claim they only carry one universal one size fits all powerful one which is why it costs more but the clients pay that convenience of them only stocking one). All in all I was charged close to 4 figures for a simple job of replacing a capacitor, which including the diagnostics time probably took 30 minutes total. I wanted to support them after the good experience over the winter but I will no longer recommend them after this extremely overpriced service. Edit: adding the a/c stopped working Monday July 3rd, I called Wednesday July 5th AM, they came Thursday July 6

I would give these guys more stars if I could. They more than stepped up to the plate for me when my air went out in 90-degree weather. I had unfortunately called another company on a Saturday who came out, and to be fair, told me I needed a new system, but I couldn't really afford it, so I had him do what he could. I told him when I get the money, I would get a new system if I didn't sell the house first as I plan on selling my house in the next 6 months. So, on Tuesday the air was out again, and I called them, and they told me I had to wait a week before they would come! I said I just had you here 2 1/2 days ago! They hosed me over for a lot of money. So be it, because I called Mar Go and they were AWESOME! They went above and beyond, and the guys are SO nice. Trust me when I say they are great, you won't be disappointed. Service: HVAC system repair

MarGo Plumbing has done various work on my house for years. They have always been responsive, professional, timely, and provide excellent service. Margo responds to service issues as quickly as possible and their various workers such as Adam do terrific work. Standards are high and service is truly professional. I highly recommend MarGo Plumming.
