This is probably my first or second review ever which to me, says a lot. Rade came a few minutes early and asked if he could come in which was 100% fine with me. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and everything you would want somebody to be when entrusting them with your home. As soon as he got in, he got right to work and even took the time out to explain things to me to be sure I understood the process. He was clean and best of all, reasonably priced. His honesty is 1st class and I can say I will be using him moving forward as well as recommending him as well. He came and installed a new thermostat wire since I have an older home and wanted to make it compatible with the Google Nest but I he is skilled to do everything from light fixtures to car charger installations. Rade is the best. look no further. Rade is very professional, responsible and really polite. He installed totalling 18 recessed lights and 2 ceiling fan with lights and turn my apartment into really nice and beautiful. Rade takes care of everything from permit filing to passing the town inspection. He is not only professional but also a very good person and good friend. His pricing is totally fair.
