The people that came out to us for the pre-work appointments, as well as the installation guys (who came out more than once) were all fantastic. I would give them more than 5 stars. The scheduling department - they deserve a 0. Every appointment was rescheduled minimum once, sometimes 3 times, things randomly got canceled. If they could hire some of their field work people to work in the office and get the scheduling done, you'd have a fully functional company.

Felt very comfortable talking to Mark, he was very helpful in all the information that he presented to me and explained everything so that I understood very well and he was also very patient. I would definitely recommend Allied experts to anyone because Mark is definitely a very good representative for your company.

Brad was informative when presenting the services. Eric was personable, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I felt like I understood the projects that needed to take place in my home after he inspected and presented us with the evidence and solution. We feel confident moving forward, and hope the project is performed as well as it was presented.
