Buyers BEWARE! I've never left a single review but felt compelled to do so after this stunt to warn others. This company quoted me $39,000 for a roof others professional roofers were quoting from $16,000 to $17,500. They show up with an iPad not a ladder and use high pressure sales tactics that you practically have to throw them out of your home because they won't leave until they get a yes. This company is looking to rip people off and how and they sleep at night is beyond me. As a former contractor that also did honest in home sales at a fair price I know this company type and they're highway robbery. Vince was the sale rep they sent and they use every trick in the book including; let me talk to my manager and see what he can do. He came back in with $15,000 in "marketing discounts" after I told them how out of line they were. Professional, reliable, dedicated to a job well done -- that's how I would describe the pros working at JetRoof! The shingles on our roof had completely worn out and desperately needed to be replaced -- and quickly! The good people at JetRoof took care of us right away.

The sales associate did an in home visit and the presentation is nice, so you know (and can literally feel the products) in order that will be installed on your new roof. I did some price shopping around. Jet Roof was a little more expensive than other roofing companies; however, the reason I chose to go with JetRoof was the warranty. The warranty on parts AND labor was unmatched by any competitor. The service: fast. In less than 3 days it was all finished and cleaned up. There were some weather issues that made it less than ideal, but that cannot be controlled. My on site coordinator kept me informed every step of the way and was easily reachable by cell phone. There's an online portal that you can use to track your warranty information once activated and make claims through. It's a solid company with 21st century techniques. I have no complaints, the roof is new and it looks good. Hopefully, I never have to worry about roof leaks again, but this warranty will most likely las
