I don't know about you, but if I'm on call for my job, no matter how tired I may be, I don't say to my customers, "Ugh, ok, I guess I'll come out," or demand that they "better make it quick" if they need to call me back and threaten that I won't answer the phone if they take too long. Called in the morning and they came out the same day to repair a very old rusty pipe that was damaged when snaking the drain. They were professional and knew what they were doing.
