Universal Roofing and Contracting South Jersey Roofers

I requested an estimate for a full roof replacement for one of my rental properties and someone came out to take a look. I waited 4 days with no response and made multiple attempts to find out what the cost was and was told Joe would give me a call. I never received a call from him and waited the next afternoon to see if he would call back. He never did, so I called again and was told they didn't want to do the job. I thought this was the oddest thing I've ever heard of as I had two other quotes and none of them said they didn't want to do it or found any issues with the job. What a waste of time as they come with a 5 star rating, but cannot see how, based on my experience (or lack thereof) with them. They were very unprofessional and will never reach out to them to do any work on my properties based on the lack of professionalism I experienced with this company. Response to Owner: This was never about a leak, this was about replacing the shingles and some of the boards if they needed

Great team. Jason was amazing to work with. After interviewing about 6 roofers, we at a condo association knew he was the right person for the job. He was on the site, making sure everything went smoothly. Add them to your list of bids and make sure you compare apples to apples when reviewing bids. Jason does not cut corners and still came in lower at a great cost.
