We had a clog plug up our kitchen sink and needed it taken care of. We expected somewhere around the $200 range for a house call…ended up being over $500. That said, I’m rating the service, not the cost, and the service was great. Ken was polite, professional, and got our drain cleared very quickly. In and out of our house in under an hour. Would I pay that again? No. I’ll head to Home Depot and rent a drain snake next time. But for what we needed this time around, roto-rooter came through. The only reason I didn’t give this 5-stars is because the price tag seemed ridiculous. Service: Drain cleaning
I had a clogged sewer that needed to be cleaned out. I called Roto rotor who told me my sewer line was completely broken and on the verge of collapsing. Luckily I got a 2nd opinion and the plumber showed me the video which showed my sewer line was completely intact but a portion needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Roto rotor would have charged me $18,000 to fix $15,000 with a so called discount if I had it done by a certain day. I am Mortified by my experience due to using them twice thinking I was dealing with a stand up company and technician. I will never use them again!!! Service: Sewer cleaning
If I could give 0 stars I would. They sent a technician named Angel, he was rude and did not checked what I actually called for, my husband tried to tell him so and he started snatching paper work which he didn’t give me a copy of and was packing up to leave. He then called the manager Frank Colon who had a worst attitude than the technician, they wanted to charge me $545 and extra for technically doing nothing. It is disgusting that they not only had a nasty attitude and poor service and expected me to not be upset and pay for something that was not being done properly or at least fixed. Thank you for nothing. They should hire people with more manners and professionalism, apparently the manager Frank does not know what that is nor the technician that was sent to my home.
