I honestly could not be happier w/ my First Rate experience! We called for an estimate and knew right away that this was the company we wanted to hire to replace our roof. These guys definitely know what they're doing, and they have a hard-working team to back it up. The job was finished in a day despite the intense heat the poor men had to endure, but they were all smiles the entire time. And now my roof looks amazing! Their company name is appropriate b/c they really are first-rate professionals, and I can't recommend their services highly enough!

We interviewed 8 local companies and are so glad we chose First rate From customer service to clean up they went beyond the local roofers, who seem to have dominated Montclair. Sometimes it’s better to look beyond the neighborhood signs...... They showed up ( on time) worked all day with the same crew, not a pick up crew, left our home in better condition than it was before and most astonishing they return all emails texts and calls. Needed our gutters fixed because they clogged frequently and heavy rain caused the water to overflow from the gutters and pool close to the foundation of our house. We worked with Tony throughout the process. Their prices were good and they were able to install the gutters with leaf guards within a few days. After the install, we still had an issue with one section of a gutter (where water from several parts of the roof converged) which still overflowed if it rained heavily. I called Tony and he responded immediately even after we already paid them. In addition, his guys were back the next day to evaluate and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company! They are responsive and do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.
