First Rate 1 Construction

Came out for estimate for a repair, and very generous with time, and information. Did not try to sell, in fact quite the opposite. (E.g. offered that my repair effort did prior day probably worked, but offered tip on covering the nails). Discussed perhaps whole new roof in few years, but they offered my roof looked good and pending installation may in fact last many years. Gave suggestions about some wet fascia boards in different area of house over garage. So speaks loudly for honesty I believe, and very generous with time. Was very nice and seemed to care.

Needed our gutters fixed because they clogged frequently and heavy rain caused the water to overflow from the gutters and pool close to the foundation of our house. We worked with Tony throughout the process. Their prices were good and they were able to install the gutters with leaf guards within a few days. After the install, we still had an issue with one section of a gutter (where water from several parts of the roof converged) which still overflowed if it rained heavily. I called Tony and he responded immediately even after we already paid them. In addition, his guys were back the next day to evaluate and fix the problem. I highly recommend this company! They are responsive and do what they can to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work.

First Rate 1 Construction definitely lived up to their name. I called for an estimate and they arrived promptly and punctually the next day. Tony was responsive to my inquiries and was friendly and quickly assuaged my concerns about the job. He treated us like family and as if we were old friends. The estimate was fair and accurate as he had correctly assessed the work of replacing the existing roof, plywood ,fascia, and gutters as well providing an exact estimate that was the same at the end of the job as the beginning. They worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Jimmy and Renee were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and skillful and were responsive to my questions and concerns. Tony headed a large and experienced crew that worked quickly and carefully. I was amazed at how fast the job was completed as well as the quality and value for the price. They are definitely people that care more about satisfying customers and doing great work than just getting paid. I would most definitely
