Gosh this man is serious - Julian's team is so professional and finished excellent work! I asked for living room & bedroom wall painting & he cared my tight schedule so finished one day earlier by rearranging his schedule. I bought and left some food in fridge for them to have during their work but they brought their own sandwiches barely touched them so maintained place so clean & nice during all process. Outcome is so fantastic! he is so professional and my apartment is SO beautiful now and almost like new home. I just asked for wall but he finished a little bit of ceiling & few trims without charging me - he said he wanted to make place so perfect which I appreciated. price was reasonable not that out of range from 1st quote. actually it's good considering work quality. Julian was great to work with. His work is very neat and clean. He responded right away and is great with communication. He completed an indoor paint job at a short notice for me. I first hired Julian to set up storage shelves in my garage and another storage room in the basement. It was a full day job and he brought a helper. He did many things for me that day including moving heavy granite slabs while organizing the garage, fixing outdoor lights and attaching a hose holder. I was so impressed by his great work, professionalism and ability to comprehend exactly what the customer wants that I called him again last week to hang some mirrors, fix a broken bathroom vanity / drawer and a few more knicks knacks. He applies his knowhow and a little creativity to every challenge I throw him. I consider him the BEST handyman I’ve ever worked with and there have been several over the past few years. His price is reasonable and you are always HAPPY at the end! ????????
