I called at 3:30 PM on a Saturday and he said they didn't offer service right now. He offered to check if a plumber friend was available, but no promises. So I think the "24 hour service" graphic on their website isn't very reliable.

today is Labor day holiday and i wanted to fix my shower leaking since i'm home. and i called 5 other plumbers all they were not available for today, and i called here with my last hope at 11:30 am, and wow he gave me 1pm to 3pm appoinment saying he will give me a call when his guy's coming to my home prior to 45 min ahead, also confirmed me if his crew can't coming he will give me a call. At 12:40 pm he called saying that his crew will be arrived in 30~45min. and the crew Abraham rang my door bell 30 min later. He changed my shower faucet rubber washers for both cold and hot ones and fixed. and the price was decent too! Thank you the guy who received my call and Abraham~! You saved my day~! I had wonderful service with this company. Our toilet was leaking into the apartment downstairs so we needed it fixed pretty quickly. They were able to fit me in last minute and make the necessary repairs and everything seems to be working fine. If my landlord ever agrees to replace our old toilet I will definitely use them again!
