Ali is a professional. Very detailed knowledgeable and very helpful. He helped my family in a very dire situation. He quickly came to rescue and had our heat up and running within hours. I called because I had a leak coming from my water softener. "Adam Q" arrived 2 hours late. After examining the situation, he turns around and says $370 to fix, maybe. What he meant by that was, it'll cost me $370 for him to attempt to fix the leak. And if he can't, I would need to get a new water softener system and still be out $370. He showed me the leaking gasket. I asked if he could replace the gasket, he said no. He said they don't sell the replacement gaskets. I quickly looked online and found that the manufacturer, in fact, does sell the replacement gasket. He told me to buy the piece so he can install it FOR $370. So in the end, I told him that I don't want it fixed and I had the pleasure of paying $138 for a service call. He didn't help at all. Communication skills were horrible. In the end, I felt that he could have done more damage than good if I allowed him to "attempt" to fix the leak. Avoid this company if at all possible.
