Alex Q. thoroughly evaluated my Dad’s heat pump system. We were told by another company that it needed a new thermostat and circuit breaker. But Alex didn’t just “fill an order”, he checked the system and found it was leaking refrigerant fluid, needs replacement and actually didn’t need a new thermostat . He explained everything patiently and professionally. So instead of just a temporary fix that would require a return appointment, my Dad received excellent service. Service: Heating system repair
