Excellent Roofing and Chimneys

Replaced our chimney and installed a solar attic fan. They were quick responding to my request for info, did an Excellent professional job. Cleaned up well when they were finished.

Really disappointed in our final experience with this business. We had an unexpected full roof repair while having a 2 week old at home- the lead man on the project was very sympathetic whenever he had to tact on additional materials for discovered damage. I don’t doubt that the damage was there- we live in an old house and we were told we would eventually need to replace the roof. What is unfortunate is all the things that happened after the fact… 1) a broken window -after the workers had already dropped the tarp on the sides of the house, someone carelessly threw down additional pieces of wood cracking a window as I was inside with my newborn. - This wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had to bring it to their attention and the real kicker was how long it took for them to send us a check for the window repair! My husband followed up multiple times as the project manager said he would drop a check then never did. Finally got the check in the wrong name a month after asking for it! 2

Excellent service. The ceiling in our recently remodeled kitchen was leaking at 4:00 AM, due to multiple problems from the roof. We called a few places, but Excellent Roofing responded right away. Tony arranged everything. He was professional, smart and personable. The men who did the repairs worked really hard and also fixed a few other areas on the roof that were on the verge of causing new problems. They went beyond the scope of work they were hired for. Excellent Roofing's prompt attention stopped what could have been a disaster had the kitchen ceiling taken on more water. Their price was comparable to the going rate. They didn't try to rip us off because they knew it was an emergency. I'm sure we have all run into that kind of contractor. We will have them back to replace the entire roof and gutters as soon as possible. I know their price will be fair and they will do a good job.
