Excellent Roofing and Chimneys

We needed to get our front steps replaced and these guys offered the best price based on the surrounding area. The job they did on the steps was outstanding. They also enlarged my walkway and will be back in 10 days to remove the framework. They responded to every and all of my questions and needs throughout the entire service. Very professional to work with and will def be doing business in the future with them again. Services: Stone masonry, Custom masonry, Masonry repair & maintenance, Brick & block work

Really disappointed in our final experience with this business. We had an unexpected full roof repair while having a 2 week old at home- the lead man on the project was very sympathetic whenever he had to tact on additional materials for discovered damage. I don’t doubt that the damage was there- we live in an old house and we were told we would eventually need to replace the roof. What is unfortunate is all the things that happened after the fact… 1) a broken window -after the workers had already dropped the tarp on the sides of the house, someone carelessly threw down additional pieces of wood cracking a window as I was inside with my newborn. - This wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had to bring it to their attention and the real kicker was how long it took for them to send us a check for the window repair! My husband followed up multiple times as the project manager said he would drop a check then never did. Finally got the check in the wrong name a month after asking for it! 2

Replaced our chimney and installed a solar attic fan. They were quick responding to my request for info, did an Excellent professional job. Cleaned up well when they were finished.
